
Since 1982, Larry Hammer, the soft-spoken, high-tech troubleshooter
who hangs all his hats at our Product Center in Jackson,
Tennessee, has been writing technical articles for Mighty
and serving as liaison between Mighty Franchisees and their
25,000+ customers. If a product complaint comes into Mighty's
Home Office or Jackson center, Larry has the responsibility
to scope it out and solve both the immediate problem and
any future problems.
"I'm an island," he says with that ironic, yet
almost imperceptible grin. "My job is to be objective;
I deal with facts and evidence, no matter where the chips
fall." And his high-tech/high-touch, down home honesty
has won the respect and admiration of thousands of technicians,
automotive engineers, vocational teachers and even the
U.S. Air Force.
