For the professional technician or service advisor, the program is easy to use. Simply sell the needed service, recommend the appropriate product(s) and advise the consumer of the rebate available. Attractive point of purchase materials make this easy to do.
Provide the consumer with the rebate claim form along with their copy of the receipt. The consumer completes the paperwork and mails the form. The consumer will receive a letter with a certificate good for the earned dollar amount off their next automotive purchase, redeemable exclusively from you! The certificate is valid for 120 days from date of issue. Once a consumer presents a certificate to the shop, simply send it in for reimbursement. You provide the valuable service and benefit from the repeat customer.
