Meeting Attire

Business casual is appropriate for receptions, meals, meeting sessions, and trade show. Keep in mind that conference rooms are often chilly, so dress in layers for comfort. For events on the beach, we recommend nice shorts and short sleeve button-downs/polos or sundresses.

The day begins with a jam-packed general session.

Chairman Ken Voelker, President & CEO Josh D’Agostino, and the Home Office team will be there to welcome you, introduce the newest franchise teammates, provide company updates and recognize some special award-winners. In addition, be prepared to be inspired by one of our returning keynote speakers, Mark Scharenbroich! Mark is a Hall of Fame speaker who wrote the award-winning book, Nice Bike: Making Meaningful Connections on the Road to Life. His core messages are about making connections that drive results.

It is never a dull moment with Mark! He is known for authentic delivery through unique stories, actionable strategies, and unforgettable comedic timing.

Join us promptly at 8:30 am as we open the trade show. In addition to some special introductions and trade show highlights, we’ll start the prize giveaways! (Yes, you must be present to win!)

Over 65 of your favorite suppliers will be showcasing their products. You’ll have plenty of time for your one-on-one conversations as well as meet some of the new suppliers.

This is “BUYING” show! Buying opportunities will be available only during show hours. Franchises will also earn chances to win valuable prizes based on purchases made during the show! Look for details.

And as in Houston, mini-clinics are being scheduled throughout the show so you can hear the latest key supplier offerings.

Wear comfortable shoes, bring your questions as well as your appetite! Lots of food will be served (bacon anyone?)!

“SalesCenter” Returns!

What to expect summary: Salesperson symposiums on key technology topics, national account guest interviews, top salespeople tell their success story and more…all on stage!

Details: Sunday morning’s program will feature three fast-moving, fun, and informative SalesCenter “shows.” You will hear from Mighty franchisees and salespeople from around the country as they share the best practices that have helped them grow their sales and profits.

Topics to be covered include: Using Technology to Grow Sales, VS7 and Mighty Engine Guard Oil, New Car Dealerships and Fleets, Route and Customer Management, and so much more!

The highlight of Episode 3: Customer Interviews! That’s right, we’ve invited several Mighty customers to be our special guests in Marco Island! Hear their stories, why they buy from Mighty, and gain insights into their thinking on supplier-customer partnerships.

Toward the end of our session, we will also celebrate the nominees and winners of our 2021 awards. Who will be the 2021 Rookie of the Year? Operation Excellence Winner? Salesperson and Franchise of the year?

Take Interstate 75 south to exit 101. Take Highway 951 south to Marco Island where 951 turns into Collier Boulevard. The hotel is on the right.
