This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") governs personal information you provide in connection with the Tech Centralâ„¢ web site (the "Site") operated by MDSA, LLC (the "Company"). Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions.

In order to access certain products, services and areas (collectively, the "Services") within the Site, you need to provide certain identifying information (collectively, "Registration Data") requested in the Registration Form. This information may include your legal name, employer, address, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address, subscriber name or "screen name," and password used to access the Services. The Company reserves the right to request any additional information necessary to establish and maintain your account for use of any of the Services available on the Site.

The personal information you provide us is transmitted using secured encryption technology to a secured database server. Once you submit the Registration Form and become a Temporary User of the Site, the Company reviews such information to determine whether to approve you as a Registered User. If you become a Registered User, the Company stores such information to customize your experience on the Site.

2. Use of Cookies
The Company may place Internet "cookies" on your computer's hard drive to permit us to recognize you and help personalize your online experience at the Site. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer.

You may access, modify, correct, change or update your Registration Data at any time through the Registered User page by using the applicable functionality available for updating your Registration Data. Your Registration Data and any related information is password-restricted for your protection. You may also change your password when you use the functionality available to access your Registration Data. To protect your personal information and the content available at the Site, you should not at any time share your Registration Data with any third party, and you may not permit any third party to access the Site by using your Registration Data.

9. No Liability for Acts of Third Parties
Although the Company will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of the Registration Data, transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. The Company will have no liability for disclosure of Registration Data due to errors in transmission or the unauthorized acts of third parties.
