Gravity outfits are available in a variety of configurations. Add additional poly tanks to customize a system to meet your shop needs. Mount configurations.

Packages include:

• Poly Tank(s) – Choice of 60, 80, 120, 180 or 260 gallon tanks
• Metal base/stand with 24” Legs
• Drip Tray with anti-splash spring
• Connecting hose with brass fluids dispense valve
• 2.5′ connection hose for hose reel bracket

Suitable for direct dispensing of fluids. Packages are designed for use with Poly Stackable tanks. Choose side, top or wall.

Equipment Packages include:

• Choice of hose reel – Evolution or Classic
• Pump choice – Lynx 3:1, CF15 or CF30
• Electronic metered handle
• Filter/Regulator – to adjust air pressure
• 2.5′ connection hose for hose reel
• Pump and hose reel

Double Wall tanks have an inner tank made of vertical or blow-molded high-density, seamless polyethylene that will not corrode. The outer tank is made of weld free galvanized steel and rolled seamed with and oil and fire-resistant seal. The outer tank holds 110% of inner poly tank for maximum protection. These tanks can be used with DEF, Diesel, Bio-fuels, motor oils and ATF. All tanks are UL 2258 certified and come with four 2″ tank bung openings

Obround Steel Tank Packages come in vertical or horizontal design and 275 or 330 gallon choices. These tanks can be used with Diesel, Motor Oils and ATF.  All tanks are UL142 certified and come with three or four 2″ bung openings depending on style.

When visiting your customer remember to Look up, out, and behind for needed equipment repairs that will allow you to bring added value and service for your Mighty customer!

• Look up … Review and inspect hose reels, hoses and control handles for proper function, inspect all equipment excessive wear, leaks as this may become hazardous to the technicians working environment.  Speak with the technicians they will alert you to issues they are dealing with.
• Look out … Review and inspect portable fluid dispensers for proper operation, used oil equipment and rolling drains for proper function.  In many cases the used fluid pumps become clogged from trash and may need a strainer cleaned, replaced, or added to solve a reoccurring problem.  Drains may have bad casters preventing them from rolling freely and or the drain bowls have become cracked from cars being lowered onto them and are in need of replacing.
• Look behind … Take a walk out back to the oil supply room, in many cases this is the grave yard for equipment in need of repair or replacement.  You get an opportunity to hear the pumps in action!  A lot can be discovered just by listening to them operate.  You may notice the compressor running for no reason, maybe you will hear air leaking in the shop.  Great opportunity to reduce the energy footprint and wear and tear on the compressor.

1. Pneumatic Pumps – Lynx and Panther series: repair or replacement opportunity. Manual hand pumps to be replaced or added with NEW product.
2. Hose reels – Evolution and Classic series, inspect hoses for wear or leaks, swivel repair, latch repair, retention adjustment to get hose off floor, and/or new hose reel sales opportunities.
3. Dispense control handles – Swivel replacement, strainer cleaning, Electronic module replacement, facia plate replacement, Extension replacement, nozzle replacement, and/or new control handle sales.
4. Used fluid equipment and drains – Used fluid AODD pumps cleaning/repair or replacement, add or clean strainers to remove debris from getting into pump, caster replacement, drain bowl replacement, hose replacement, and new sales opportunities.
5. Air/Water accessories – Water separators to remove excessive water and extend life of air tools, Air filters to remove solid contaminants from air supply, Air regulators to adjust air supply to pumps, Air gauges for proper regulation of air to pneumatic tools, Water bibbs for dispensing coolants, Air chuck tire inflators, and replacement of worn or leaking hoses
