To be successful selling a fluid or additive you must
truly believe in the quality and performance of the
product. This obviously goes for any product or service — you
must sell with confidence in order to ensure your customer’s
trust. But in order to be successful, you must be able

them.

Mighty Distributing System

shop than to have a customer return complaining of “noisy

regain the confidence of the customer, it is crucial
that the shop identifies the problem and fixes it
correctly.
