The automotive industry is an “essential service” as recognized by federal and local governments, and Mighty Auto Parts along with our 100 distributors continue to meet our customers’ needs. We are finding ways to supply other critical businesses such as healthcare, industrial, and restaurant facilities.
Our thoughts go out to all who have been affected during the unprecedented event. We truly appreciate the first responders, government officials, and all our health care professionals who are working tirelessly in their communities.
Nothing can be more frustrating than spending countless hours trying to diagnose and resolve a customer’s complaint only to determine late in the diagnosis there was a factory bulletin available that would have quickly resolved the problem. In many cases, the material contained in the TSB, campaign or recall is the only solution, as the concern is often corrected with a system update or component modification.
