Mighty Distributing System announces the promotion of Carmen Strickland to Vice President, Franchise Operations.
In January 2018, Carmen was introduced as Mighty’s Director of Franchise Operations. Since then, Carmen has helped onboard 28 new franchisees and launch Mighty’s Summit Club and IMPACT groups while enhancing our ongoing training to support the Franchise System.
Carmen joined Mighty in 1993 as a Field Systems Manager, and for the following fifteen years, she supported the initial setup and business system training for new franchise operations. In addition, she created and conducted continuing education classes for our franchise partners. In 2008, she moved to the Product Department as the Product & Information Systems Manager responsible for the real-time maintenance of pricing and part numbers. Carmen supports the product, product information, and marketing departments as needed.
