Mighty Distributing System is proud to announce that Gary Vann, a long-time executive within the Mighty franchise system, has taken on a new role as VP, Product Strategy. He has faithfully served Mighty for 47 years, starting out as a salesperson in the Northern Virginia area for a company-owned franchise. He moved to Mighty’s Home Office in 1981 joining Franchise Development. He then led the Sales & Marketing Department for the following 33 years. Vann’s focus in his newly created role will help open up sales channels like heavy duty, products for vehicle electrification, janitorial and sanitation, products supporting the paint, body, & equipment industry, new supplier evaluation, and more. He has worked closely with the Product Department for years supporting packaging, suggested pricing, and incentive programs, so Vann already has extensive knowledge regarding the supplier side of the industry.
